What You Can Do At Home...

Help Keep Our Community Healthy

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. The Center For Disease Control (CDC) recommends the following precautionary measures and guidelines to keep you healthy and prevent the spread of Coronavirus:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based sanitizer
  • Always shield coughs and sneezes with tissue, elbow or shoulder.
  • Keep away from others that are sick
  • Avoid touching high-touch surfaces in public places
  • Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes, etc. (we don't want you to touch your face anyway!)
  • Clean and disinfect household objects and surfaces in your home (don't forget the mobile phone!)
  • Avoid all non-essential travel (we have ceased travel to service the NYC location at this time)

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Important fact shared by The World Health Organization (WHO):

COVID-19 is not airborne. It is transmitted through droplets of fluid or mucus that you cough or sneeze out (that generally don't travel farther than 6 feet).

We are asking guests to follow the guidance from the CDC for reducing exposure to COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases.

  • Please stay home if you have respiratory-related symptoms (coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath) and/or temperature above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit (late cancellation fees will be waived)
According to the CDC, if you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider immediately. Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and the CDC to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19.

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please take steps to safeguard others and remain at home.

We will continue to monitor the latest information on COVID-19 and communicate updates as needed. Please follow us on social media and read our emails for timely updates. As well, continue to engage in healthy practices to prevent the spread of any virus and keep our community safe.
